Frequently Asked Questions

About Our LABELS:_________________

Q: Are your labels on 8-1/2" x 11" sheets?
A:
Yes all of our labels come on 8-1/2" x 11" "carrier" sheets ready for your printer.

Q: Will your labels work in my printer?
A:
Yes. All of our labels will work in popular printers. You must, however, indicate if you own a Laser Printer (prints black only) or an Ink-Jet (Color) printer when you place your order.

Q: What is the difference between your Laser versus Ink-Jet Labels?
A:
Ink-Jet printers require an absorbent paper. Text printed on Laser paper with an Ink-Jet printer will smear in most cases. For best results, you should specify the type of printer you own when ordering our labels.

About Our PRICES:_______________

Q: Do prices include the album and the full color insert?
A:
Yes. All album prices quoted are for complete video albums. They will be delivered ready for you to drop the finished videotape inside and hand it to your client.

Q: I've seen similar albums advertised elsewhere at lower prices. Why is this?
A:
Not all albums are created equally. Our front and rear panels are reinforced with thicker substrates. Also, our tape "trays" are molded out of a high gage plastic and, therefore, will not collapse easily when the tape is removed. You get the quality you pay for.

About CUSTOM IMPRINTING:_______________

Q: I already attach my labels on the videos that I deliver to my clients. Why should I add my name to the back of the album?
A:
Videocassette labels are important and should always be used. However, once the tape is in the VCR, no one can read the label. Most people examine the album (while the tape is playing) out of natural curiosity. They will relate your name (on the back of the album) to the images on the screen for a positive reinforcement. Also, advertising works best through repetition. Therefore, your company name should be displayed as many places as possible.

Q: I am concerned that my clients may be offended if they see my Company Name on the Albums. Should I be concerned about this?
A:
No. First of all, your name will be printed on the back (never the front) of the album, blending with the other objects in the "Scene".  It will follow a sincere phrase, such as "Wishing You a Lifetime of Beautiful Memories". Studies show that clients are "touched" by the thoughtfulness and regard it almost like an inscription on the back a piece of jewelry.

MISC._______________

Q: I am interested in purchasing the full-color Inserts only (without the album). Are they available separately?
A:
Yes. You may order any of our inserts. There are no minimum order requirements. However, prices do decrease with quantity. Please call for a quote on Standard and/or Custom Imprinted Inserts.

Q: I've seen albums elsewhere with "rounded" spines. Are these better?
A:
No. Albums with rounded spines are made with fewer components. The reason why our spines are "square" is because they are reinforced. This design contributes to the look, feel and durability of the Album.

Q: I like the design of your Custom Albums but I don't want my name on them. Are these styles also available without my name?
A:
Yes. All you need to do is indicate the item number of the style that you like and request it without your name. We will use appropriate text to fill the "opening" and make the necessary price adjustment.
